This programme primarily addresses the needs of professionals with non-law degrees, who wish to further their understanding of the legal issues encountered in their working lives; a core component is a pre-sessional course in law and legal method which runs for 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each autumn term.
Optional modules: access to justice and dispute resolution (special applications); affirmative action law; alternative dispute resolution; banking law; Chinese commercial law; climate change, law and policy; colonialism, empire and international law.
