This is a specialist course in business and commercial law which enables our students to analyse cutting-edge and topical issues, while improving their knowledge and writing skills; focusing on the international dimension, students explore the legal issues and pertinent regulatory principles in the trade transaction and the broad spectrum of related services; throughout the course students are encouraged to tailor this course to suit their own interests by giving them options with the modules they take, the questions they attempt and their dissertation topic.
