Designed for those wishing to pursue a career in the real estate investment and finance business in international markets, this course is an addition to the established suite of Master's in Building Surveying, Planning and Development, Real Estate and Quantity Surveying; these 5 courses are designed for students with 1st degrees in subjects unrelated to real estate and construction; the course offers a foundation for a professional career in global real estate investment and finance markets; an optional international field trip; dedicated postgraduate resources; part-time, full-time and CPD study options; the course focuses on real estate markets and institutions, appraisal, finance, investment and development valuation; it develops the skills and abilities necessary as an adviser on these investment related aspects of the real estate profession; the existing 4 courses are accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
