This programme has been developed with a view to providing students with a sound and relevant body of information and understanding, thereby providing an effective springboard to a future career in legal practice or some other profession, or in education, industry, shipping, marine insurance or arbitration; the programme is divided into parts 1 and 2; part 1 is made up of 4 taught modules each weighted at 30 credits; part 2 is a dissertation weighted at 60 credits.
