The course introduces students to the problems of understanding the limits of international legal regulation in the present crisis of globalisation.
1st Semester: Research theory and method in international law- compulsory course; international organisations and the use of force; intellectual property, human rights and development; 2nd semester: the use of force and international law; state jurisdiction and transnational litigation; cultural difference, globalisation and international law.
