About this course

The International Law course provides an excellent introduction to the basic elements of international law. Students get the opportunity to examine the interrelationship between various international bodies and organisations. The course concentrates on the worldwide system of relationships known as public international law by examining the historical development of international law. The concept of state identity, the processes by which international agreements may be secured, diplomatic relations, membership of the international community, treaty law, law of the sea are also covered.
