Course provides practical and research-grounded knowledge of international and comparative human resource management; organisational behaviour and employment relations; students gain: appreciation of the diverse national contexts in which organisations operate and how their management and human resource strategies are influenced by internal and external factors; understanding of key human resource strategies; structures and processes multinational organisations employ; ability to contextualise global human resource ideas and select appropriate international initiatives; ability to use a wide range of practical skills to select; develop; appraise; compensate and communicate with staff in an international setting; expertise in developing and implementing research projects to address pertinent organisational issues in international human resource management; modules include: international organisational behaviour; international human resource management practice; research methodology; dimensions of cross cultural understanding; strategic international human resource management; international employment relations; marketing concepts for international human resource management; international compensation and benefits; accounting and finance for international human resources; global business environment; consulting and influencing skills; specialist human resource topics.

Entry Requirements
1st or 2nd Class UK Honours degree or equivalent; together with a minimum of 2 years work experience; candidates whose 1st language is not English must have IELTS band 6.5 or TOEFL 237 (computer) or 580 (paper).
