This innovative programme builds on the Institute's research expertise in company law, corporate governance, international economic law, financial regulation and financial law; the programme is taught by leading academics from the University of London and other European and North American universities; the main themes covered include the role of international economic organisations in globalised financial markets and the emerging legal and regulatory institutions that govern national, European and international financial markets; the European and American legal and regulatory regime is an important area of focus.
