About this course

The intermediate course builds on the skills and knowledge acquired from the basic course. Sugar paste techniques will cover: bas relief, drapes and swags; marzipan techniques will include: modelling, roses and fruits; and royal icing techniques will cover: full collar run outs, pressure piping and brush embroidery.
