Agricultural engineering offers a number of job opportunities and this programme provides the Level 2 training youll need if you wish to work in this industry. Youll need to attend college one day per weekon a block release basisand all training is given in the purpose built engineering facility at our Moreton Morrell Centre. Once youve applied for an Apprenticeship, we will do our best to help you find employment or you may have already found a job that will give you the experience and skills needed for this kind of work. Only when you have employment, can you start your Apprenticeship programme.
There are no formal entry requirements ,but you must have suitable employment before your Apprent

At the beginning I was doubtful as to wheter I would like the course. I was surprised at how much I was to learn and the teachers gave me plenty of help and inspired me. I am now off the university....more
The final year consisted of one taught session and one tutorial per month. This filled well with my teaching commitments and the supports of the tutor was always available....more
The course gave a great opportunity to work in different sectors of childcare (ie nursery, schools, etc). The tutors were friendly and easy to talk too and gave options and advice for later progress, especially in assignments....more
