This course will provide participants with the opportunity to develop a range of IT skills and techniques such as using communication, design and presentation software whilst also providing them with the personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life. It covers: improving productivity Using IT, IT user fundamentals, IT communication fundamentals, multimedia software, IT software fundamentals and using the internet.
Participants must have a basic understanding and application of computing.
