Transferable Learning
RIPA International’s practical and relevant learning methods are used as catalysts for change, helping to improve and modernise organisational skills and behaviour to support learning objectives. We strongly believe that accomplishing learning and development objectives is measurable through successful transferable learning for every single participant who attends one of our programmes. We recognise that every individual has a preferred learning style, which is why we ask every participant to complete a personal development plan.
The guidelines for the personal development plan include:
- The participant’s learning objectives for the programme
- An outline of key areas of learning from the programme which will be incorporated in the participant’s work or specified responsibilities (both current and future)
- An area of challenge or issues at work
- Future learning and development requirements
- Organisational learning and development requirements
Personal development plans promote commitment towards making improvements, as they are innovatively transferred to a set of systematic reminders which our participants receive via text and email. This unique transferable learning tool assists in connecting the training experience with the organisational realities back home. We encourage participants to discuss their plan openly with faculty and fellow participants to benefit from reactions and suggestions.
By combining analytical prowess with practitioner application, RIPA International has been at the forefront of the provision of proven solutions in tackling performance management challenges in public and private sector organisations around the world.
