Course Description
This course contents include human resource planning and development, leadership, motivation and organisational behaviour, managing people, managing markets, managing finance, research methodology and dissertation planning.

Assessment method
Students are assessed through a work assignment of approximately 3,000 words which will contribute to 50 percentage of the total marks for the module and a two hour written examination or case study which contributes a further 50 percentage of the module mark. The project module requires a submission of a research dissertation between 10,000 and 15,000 words.

Entry Requirements
Students must have a good first degree (not necessarily in management). In exceptional circumstances, students with considerable relevant work experience without the above qualifications, may be considered. In addition proficiency in the English language is must.
