Course Description
This course aims to promote a comprehensive understanding of how the human resource management role fits into the overall strategic decision-making and problem-solving functions of the organisation. Modules include human resource management, business environment and strategic management, leadership and the management of strategic change, accounting and finance for managers, marketing planning and promotion, management information and communication systems, selection, recruitment and development, research skills and project management.

Entry Requirements
Students must have a recognised Bachelor degree at 2.2 or higher classification or an equivalent qualification or an NQF Level 6 qualification or a minimum of two years managerial experience. Students must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
