This course is designed to professional standards; registration on any of the courses will lead to free participant membership of the CIOB and the CIH. Level 4 units include: housing strategy and policy, financial management of housing maintenance, customer service in a housing context, managing people in a housing context, health and safety management and control.
It is intended for those participants who are employed, or are seeking employment within either a management or senior technical role. They should provide a service within the management of operations and surveying/technical staff. They need to be responsible for managing budgets and producing performance reports.
