This course provides students the practical supervisory experience in the restaurant and the relevant theory to underpin it. After the completion of this course students may progress to Professional Chefs Diploma.
Students should have successfully completed NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (Food Preparation and Cookery) Food and Drink Service including ABC Pastry Level 2.
