This course is suitable for employees in Hospitality and Catering who are currently working as a supervisor or for those who wish to progress to a supervisory role in any area of the hospitality industry. The course includes leadership, working relationships, customer service, resource control and health, safety and hygiene. It also covers reception and bookings.
