Those wishing to develop skills for working in the expanding Hospitality sector as a supervisor/team leader or bar/catering manager. Hospitality management opportunities exist in many facilities such as leisure centres, hotels, hospitals and care homes, as well as restaurants. The course includes leadership, working relationships, customer service, resource control and health, safety and hygiene. It also covers reception and bookings. Alongside the theory sessions, there will be practical sessions in our training restaurant. There will be the opportunity to study units from the Institute of Hospitality Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Operations.
