This programme will prepare you to work in a wide range of job roles within the national and international world of hospitality. You could pursue an interesting and varied career in hotels, restaurants, holiday complexes, cruise liners, wine-bars, pubs, or contract catering at trainee supervisory and management level.
Candidates will need to have at least four GCSEs at grade C or above, one of which should be English. You must be prepared to undertake a negotiated hospitality work based placement, and partake in a number of local and national visits to hospitality related venues, including a residential visit. You should have a positive approach to customer care and a smart well groomed appearance.
