This course is suitable for employed supervisors or managers who wish to develop their skills and knowledge as well as practical work experience in their within the hospitality environment.
Students must have achieved a GCSE Grade A C for Mathematics or English within the last 5 years, they will be exempt from the relevant Key Skills. They must be aged 16 to 18 years old.
