This course covers units that include: health and safety, customer service, effective teamwork, dealing with payment, reception, housekeeping units, food and drink service units and food preparation and cooking units.
Students must have any one of the following: four GCSEs at grades D-G (including English and maths), BTEC foundation diploma in a related subject, NVQ level 1 or technical certificate in a related subject, successful completion of the Gateway or Newstart programme, successful completion of the E2E or Prince's Trust programme or equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.
