This course allows those wishing to gain knowledge and practical skills to work in front of house. It covers a range of essential skills and knowledge and will enable them to gain confidence to deliver a high level of service. It covers subjects that include: dealing with customers, operate a payment point, safety and hygiene, serve food and drink, set up and clear a restaurant, working as a team.
Students will need to come to the College for an interview and a short test. They also need to have a reasonable understanding of Maths and English.
