This course develops participant's skills to independently develop management strategies appropriate to specific enterprises in the horticultural industry. It also covers horticultural business structures, management theories and procedures, horticulture and the law, supervision, financial management, staff management, improving plant varieties, productivity and risk, managing physical resources and developing an horticultural business plan.
