Enjoy the butterflies and moths of the highlands in summer. Electric observation lights will be operated to attract a wide range of moths. There will be daytime field visits to a variety of habitats to observe butterflies such as the Scotch Argus. Illustrated talks with slides will show the Scottish Red Data Book and Nationally Notable Species and their habitats. Help will be given on recording methods, identification and classification.
