This course is available to any member of staff who would benefit from developing their knowledge and skills in the context of higher education; the award is particularly relevant to managers and aspiring managers from a business support background or operational management role; the certificate is made up of units, each worth 15 credits; if students choose to take 4 modules, they can complete a postgraduate certificate (minimum of 3 modules at masters level, and the other module at higher or masters level) or a university professional certificate (all modules at higher level);

The pace of the course is very fine. First semester is basic so its easy but in the second semester it takes you to the deep end....more
taught modules were pretty good. But wish the course length is more so that there will more time spend with the lecturers. More learning....more
