Course Description
This course is aimed at those who work in Museums, Galleries and Heritage Sites as wardens, attendants, etc. as full and part-time employees and volunteers. It provides the opportunity to have their skills and knowledge recognised and gives a thorough grounding in heritage and dealing with visitors.
