This course is designed for those who want to learn about cooking from around the world, whilst at the same time, cook in a more healthy way. It will encourage students to develop creativity skills and progress their understanding of food production and presentation. It is designed to give them a brief introduction into cooking different types of foods, whether it is for the home, to socialize or even to give them the desire to go onto further study in catering. The course contents are using different styles and methods of cooking including: baking, stir fry, roasting, boiling and steaming.
