It is intended that the student will be given an overview of many of the major topics which require coverage at this introductory level. This course covers the following modules: the legal sources, the legal machinery, civil liability, vicarious liability, discrimination, the role of common law and equity, criminal law and the consumer, European law and the consumer, implications for human resource practitioner and implications for management. This Diploma is awarded by OLQA.
