The programme develops a sound knowledge of the different areas of health care law, which will enhance applicants' ability to practice.
Modules include: Foundation Legal Module and Introduction to Health Care Law; Regulation of Health Care; Liabilities of Health Care Practitioners and Authorities; Critical Issues in Health Care Law I: Treatment of Vulnerable Patients; Critical Issues in Health Care Law II: Law Society and Ethics; Dissertation (successful completion of the dissertation leads to the degree of Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Laws (LLM)).
