Harrow College is the largest education provider in the Harrow area with an extensive range of course options and excellent facilities. The College caters for sixth form students and adults and is a centre of excellence for the Deaf and hard of hearing and for Art and Design. There are strong links with the local community and businesses and the College has Associate College agreements with the University of Westminster and Middlesex University. Course options are diverse, offering full-time and part-time qualifications and hundreds of adult and community learning programmes.

The Sixth Form Centre (for 16 to 19-year-olds) and Lifelong Learning Centre (for adults) each specailise in providing programmes to suit the needs of students. The Sixth Form Centre offers a choice of academic through to vocational routes. Students have access to specialist Careers Advisors and around 600 students progress on to university every year. The Lifelong Learning Centre offers a diverse range of courses, delivered on and off campus, during the day and in the evenings. Students enjoy focused learning in a friendly atmosphere and are encouraged to utilise facilities in the new learning centres. There is a learndirect centre at the Harrow on the Hill campus offering amongst others business, skills for life, computing and IT courses. The College is the managing agent for the Harrow Skills Centre, which provides an alternative vocational curriculum in areas such as plumbing, electrical installation and land and environment.

Business Base, the Harrow College for Business offers various work based learning opportunities, recruitment services and professional qualifications for businesses.
