In this course, students will learn about the hairdressing principles such as: customer service skills, reception, health and safety, and a variety of hairdressing technical skills. They will develop important skills such as communication and teamwork. It provides them with such skills as: shampoo, condition hair and scalp; advice and consult with clients; change hair colour; style and finish hair; set and dress hair; cut hair using basic techniques; perm and neutralise hair. They will explore topics such as: health and safety; give clients a positive impression of themselves and their organisation; promote additional products or services to clients; develop and maintain their effectiveness at work.
