Course Description
This course will cover advising and consulting clients, shampooing and conditioning the hair and scalp, styling hair using blow drying and setting techniques, perming, relaxing and neutralising hair, changing hair colour, salon reception duties, developing and maintaining effective teamwork and relationships, and supporting the health and safety and security of the salon environment.
Course Fees
£1073; £303 concession fee for students aged between sixteen to nineteen years; £980; £303 for students aged above nineteen years.
Entry Requirements
Students must have a good standard of literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Venue Description
The college has a Centenary Learning Centre well-stocked with educational resources such as textbooks, videos, CD, DVD and IT facilities. Advice and guidance is available to the students and there are facilities for people with learning difficulties, hearing impairment and visual impairment. Child care facilities are available.
