Rated ‘outstanding’ by Oftsed and awarded LSIS Beacon status, Hadlow College is one of the top colleges in the United Kingdom and the top land-based college.  We offer a variety of courses and degree level programmes designed for a career in the land-based/rural sector. 

Campuses are situated in Hadlow, Mottingham, Medway and Canterbury. 

Situated in a picturesque village in Kent with good public transport links to both Tonbridge and Maidstone, and only an hour away from London, we attract students from around the country.  As a College we pride ourselves on the high standard of teaching we deliver to students, giving them the skills they need to successfully compete in the increasingly crowded employment marketplace.  We are pleased that the majority of our students who finished in 2011 indicated they were progressing into either a career relating to the course they had studied or into some form of higher education.

However, we know there is more to College life than just learning which is why we never lose sight of the fact that everything we do should be fun. Because of the way we combine practical experience with theoretical learning, both past and present students repeatedly tell us how much they’ve enjoyed their time at Hadlow College. This friendly, welcoming atmosphere is also one of the reasons why a number of them stay on to do a degree with us or go on to recommend their courses and the College in general to friends and relatives.

On-site at the main campus in Hadlow we have 165 rooms arranged in single sex blocks.  These are available for anyone who is currently studying a course with us and rented on a half-board basis.  This means that during the week your breakfast and either lunch or an evening meal is included in the price.  At weekends the price includes breakfast, although lunch can be bought if needed.  Supporting this is a dedicated wardening team who are available 24 hours a day for pastoral care.
