Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and skills required by graphic designers. It includes typography, ideas generation and visualisation, digital graphics for print, design process and professional practice and also include visual identity and branding which explores the application of visual identity to advertising, packaging and corporate communications. The course aims to develop typographic skills and explores the relationships between words and images on a page and an introduction to screen based graphic design such as websites and motion graphics.
