Geography is an exciting and challenging subject which studies the complex relationships between human beings and their environment; it provides students with an understanding of both physical processes and socio-cultural systems and the roles in environmental change; the 1st stage introduces students to business and human resources; the 2nd stage develops an understanding of the policies, procedures and practices of human resources; students can choose to take a placement year as the 3rd year or move straight to the final stage where students are looking at human resources strategies and how these link in to the overall organisation and business strategies.
