This course covers the following topics: series; complex numbers; numerical solution of equations; coordinate systems, matrix algebra, proof; algorithms; algorithms on graphs; the route inspection problem; critical path analysis; linear programming; matchings; mathematical models in mechanics; vectors; kinematics; dynamics of a particle moving in a straight line or plane; statics of a particle; moments.
Students should be aged between 16 to 18 years and they should have a grade C in English or grade B in Maths.
