About this course

When you have achieved this level you will be able to use a series of phrases and sentences to describe your family and friends as well as where you live, your background and job. You will be able to find information in everyday material such as adverts and timetables

Additional entry requirements

You should be able to communicate in simple everyday situations. You are able to name common objects and events and talk about people in familiar roles. You can use simple expressions for past, present and future although you still make errors
