Course Description
This programme will give students a more in-depth training in Cuisine and Patisserie. Course fee includes travel, uniform, ingredients and accomodation reflected in price.
Assessment method
Continuous assessment (the students are being assessed at each practical session by our Master chefs) + Written and Practical Exams.
Entry Requirements
Students must have the Le Cordon Bleu basic certificate in cuisine and in patisserie.
Equipment and Materials
No equipment required: everything is provided at the school (knives, uniforms and ingredients)
