Course Description
Le Grand Diplôme is a highly acclaimed passport to the culinary world. It is a complete training in French cuisine and pastry that combines Basic Cuisine and Pastry Cuisine. Course fee includes travel, uniform, ingredients and accomodation reflected in price.
Assessment method
Continuous assessment (the students are being assessed at each practical session by our Master chefs) + Written and Practical Exams.
Entry Requirements
Students must be over 18 years of age.
Equipment and Materials
No equipment required: everything is provided at the school (knives, uniforms and ingredients)
