This course is designed to introduce students to the full range of skills necessary to managing events at one of the world’s leading entertainment venues, including a focus on customer service, health and safety, project management, people management, accounting and finance operations, as well as providing them with the academic and critical thinking skills required at higher education level.
Students will need a good standard of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, preferably equivalent to GCSE or level 2.
