This programme developed by the University of Greenwich in conjunction with Greenwich Community College and is designed to help those working as Teaching Assistants to enhance their knowledge of educational systems and practice and improve their skills in the classroom. The course aims to foster knowledge of academic theory, which can be linked to practice in the workplace.
Students will need to be employed in a primary or secondary school as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant and be over 18 years of age.
