This course is aimed at mature students who are interested in moving into a career in IT or those already working in IT and hoping to improve their technical skills. The programme provides valuable IT skills with a strong business focus and specialism in networking. The units are: Computer Systems Fundamentals: Computer hardware installation, troubleshooting and upgrades, Basic operating system and application package installation and configuration.
Entry onto the course is by interview. Academic qualifications and your work and industry experience will be considered.
