This course covers a range of subjects relating to engineering with emphasis on workplace application. It covers the following in year 1: leadership, analytical methods, engineering science, electrical and electronic principles, work based project 1 and in year 2: project management, quality assurance and management, mechatronics, electrical power, work based project 2.
Students must hold qualifications at Level 3 such as A Levels, an NVQ or BTEC Diploma.
