Working in collaboration with Coventry University, we are offering a two year programme of study in Hairdressing Management. The course is ideal for students who wish to enter into management and advance their technical skills within the Hairdressing Industry. To help develop employability skills and provide excellent career opportunities, work-based learning is anintegral part of the programme. Students need to be employed within a commercial hair salon for the duration of the course andachieve a minimum a 400 hours of work experience. This work experience may be part-time and can be paid or voluntary.

The final year consisted of one taught session and one tutorial per month. This filled well with my teaching commitments and the supports of the tutor was always available....more
The course gave a great opportunity to work in different sectors of childcare (ie nursery, schools, etc). The tutors were friendly and easy to talk too and gave options and advice for later progress, especially in assignments....more
