Cookery at the Grange's 5 day cookery course is an ideal way for students to increase their confidence in the kitchen. Traditional as well as innovative recipes are covered in the course, with an emphasis on such skills as: preparation, classical and contemporary sauce making, boning meat and poultry, making and using pastries and bread. This is a residential course and the fees include accommodation in shared twin bedded rooms. Single rooms are available on request for an additional charge of £50. The course runs from 11.15am on Monday 23rd April 2012 to 3.30pm on Friday 27th April 2012 (on Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th the hours are 9am to 5pm).
