Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship, there are many opportunities available which could include specialising within the profession, completing other vocational courses or progressing into Further and/or Higher Education.

At the beginning I was doubtful as to wheter I would like the course. I was surprised at how much I was to learn and the teachers gave me plenty of help and inspired me. I am now off the university....more
The final year consisted of one taught session and one tutorial per month. This filled well with my teaching commitments and the supports of the tutor was always available....more
The course gave a great opportunity to work in different sectors of childcare (ie nursery, schools, etc). The tutors were friendly and easy to talk too and gave options and advice for later progress, especially in assignments....more
