Introduction to Food Safety Food Poisoning The causes Food Contamination Food Safety Hazards & Controls Food Safety & the Law Is there a test involved? In order to attain the award, all candidates must take a 30 question multiple choice test (pass mark: 20/30) How will this impact my work? You will gain a basic understanding of food safety rules and regulations. The idea is that you will follow the standards you have learnt to create a hygienic, safe and professional environment to work in.
