This course is broken down into eleven units and all participants must cover the following units: maintain food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food, maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment, contribute to effective teamwork.
Participants must have at least two GCSEs at grade D or above and a good standard of English and Maths or Level 1 Hospitality and Catering qualification at the required grade.
