This course offers the opportunity to develop variety of skills and techniques that would enable participants to construct traditional and contemporary designs in floristry. They will cover: art and design for florists, funeral and sympathy designs, floral arrangements, basic wedding designs, display of floristry goods, plant process and planted designs. After completing this course participants will progress to Floristry NPTC Level 3 Diploma or employment in the industry.
Participants must have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade D or above, including English and Maths, or Floristry NPTC Level 1 Certificate or related work experience combined with Level 1 literacy and numeracy skills.
