For learners who want to develop skills to get the most from their bicycle and cycling.� Topics include: Getting started, basic riding skills, using your bike to progressively develop your fitness, �bike maintenance, taking it further. Each week will consist of an exercise session teaching cycling specific exercises. This activity will be taught within a Healthy Living framework and you will be enabled to make well informed decisions about supporting your health and wellbeing. Please wear approppriate clothes for exercise and bring your own exercise mat, pen and notepad. In 1st session tutor will advise when to bring in bicycles.
